Although this may sound unrealistic and difficult there is a way to do it. Of course this is not recommended for long term weight loss results but it is a method that can be used in the cases that you urgently need to have some good results. For long term results you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle that will help you lose weight healthy and also make sure that you will keep the weight off.
You Can Lose Weight!
Do you wonder if and how to lose weight in a week? Well, most people can in the form of water weight. When it comes to losing fat and keeping it off, that’s a whole other matter. Nevertheless, if you want the scale to report that you are ten pounds below what you were the previous week, then there’s a method for getting rid of the excess weight even if it’s only initially in the form of water.
